The skills required of a consultant and those required of a trainer are not the same. Yet each of our directors, somewhat unusually, posesses both skill sets! This means that we can ensure that the director with whom you form a relationship at the start of our working together will be your key point of contact throughout the project, from initial needs identification though to post programme evaluation.
It also means that we will no just advise you on what needs doing – we will advise you how to do it and help you with the delivery.
We know how frustrating it can be for a client to be initially wined and dined by a director, passed on to a project manager, who in turn brings in a senior consultant who ‘manages’the project, often playing no part in the delivery! There is no question of that happening with LDI!
